You retain approval rights and budget control under an authority matrix. Conflicts of interest, commissions and supplier representation are disclosed and governed by contract.

AIVA works to increase Kazakhstan content in every project we support. We give priority to qualified Kazakh people, services and manufacturers, and bring in international capability only where it adds what is not yet available locally, always with a plan to transfer that knowledge.

Competence, Training and Local Content Policy
Local people first
Priority to qualified citizens of Kazakhstan. Foreign specialists are engaged only where local competence is not yet available, and always with a knowledge transfer plan.
Local suppliers and services
When a Kazakh manufacturer or service company meets the specification, quality and schedule, it goes into the RFQ and the comparison. We record the origin of goods and services so clients can report Kazakhstan content, and request CT-KZ certificates of origin where applicable.
Skills that stay
Annual training based on competence gaps, including welding, inspection, project controls and digital tools. Mentoring and lessons learned keep the knowledge in the local team.
Manufacturing localisation
For international manufacturers we build a staged route from first orders to local stock, assembly with verified Kazakh partners and production where it is commercially justified.
